Bridget pursued a degree in nursing, and later a pharmacy degree at Lake Erie College of Medicine (LECOM) after being inspired by her mother. Bridget's mother was a nurse who provided outstanding care to those in her community. Bridget admired her mother tremendously, and knew that one day she would grow up and provide that same expert care to those she supports.
Valentine Ojong, LPN

Valentine grew up caring for people in his family and community from the time he was very young. Valentine always knew he was going to be a in career where he made life better for others. To that end, he pursued his nursing certification. As he said, "I have always had empathy for other people; it is how I was born."
erin forson, MBA
Program Director
Erin Forson has always been a public servant. She began her career as a teacher and librarian before pivoting to work exclusively supporting people who have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Before joining B&F Healthcare Services, Erin was a service consultant in two counties for eleven years. However, her most important and fulfilling work has been parenting two children with developmental & medical disabilities.
